**Job Description:**
- Evaluate clients by administering various tests and measurements to determine individual rehabilitation program needs.
- Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of client's rehabilitation progress.
- Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurement and assessment records.
- Report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.
- Participate in the development and presentation of individual client treatment plans, including formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment.
- Plan periodic reassessments of client progress and revise plans as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing continuing education and in-service training.
- Contribute to research projects and program development.
- Train pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students, physical therapy assistant students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
