**Job Description:**

- Evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements such as range of motion, gait, functional analysis, and neurological assessments to determine individual rehabilitation program needs.
- Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of clients' rehabilitation progress.
- Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurements and assessment records.
- Report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.
- Participate in the writing and presentation of individual client treatment plans, including formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment.
- Plan periodic reassessment of clients' progress and revise plans as necessary.
