Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Morganton, NC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.
Required Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
