About The Position
We are looking for a provider to assist with coverage starting in September at a skilled nursing facility in Oregon. This facility has a 90% productivity expectation. Please reach out today for more information!

- Monday - Friday, day shift, 32 hours guaranteed
- Less than 1 year experience required
