Pioneer Healthcare Services is looking for an experienced Outpatient OP Physical Therapist PT to join our team and provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our physical therapy facility for a travel assignment.?he ideal traveler is a compassionate healer who cares about their patients and is committed to helping them recover their independence and mobility.?e're looking for someone with experience working with a wide range of patient injuries and age groups, who is always ready to learn new techniques to further patient care.?utpatient OP Physical Therapists PT will be responsible for coordinating with any healthcare professionals who are working with their patients and referring patients to specialists when appropriate.
Responsibilities of an Outpatient Physical Therapist PT: Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment and patient care according to standardized procedures Responsible for promoting patient independence and function, reassessing home programs, maintaining necessary records, and providing patient/family education Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition 13- week assignment
Qualifications of an Outpatient OP Physical Therapist PT: Active PT License Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist PT or 1 year experience as an Outpatient OP Physical Therapist PT"
