Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.
- Adhere to productivity expectations, including seeing 12-14 patients per day and conducting 60 visits per week.
- Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary to meet patient needs.
Requirements:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior outpatient experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
