**Job Description:**
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional skills.
- Evaluate patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising therapist.
- Document treatments, interventions, and patient responses accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech/Nethealth).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare administration standards.
- Adhere to professional standards, facility and department policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
- Flexibility to float to other units if required as part of a mutual staffing agreement.
- Follow dress code guidelines: scrubs or business casual.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and professional behavior.
**Note:** This position is within a facility with 11 beds in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit.
