**Job Description:**
- Serve a diverse patient population, covering all ages with a primary focus on orthopedic cases, and occasional chronic pain and neurological diagnoses.
- Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Manage a daily patient load of 12-14 patients.
- Handle double-booking of follow-up visits efficiently.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions and the rehabilitation process.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
