- Provide support and assistance under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a professional and caring manner.
- Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic treatments to improve mobility and function.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Ensure all patient interactions are performed in a safe and respectful manner.
- Adhere to prescribed COVID-19 testing protocols prior to start date.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit effective communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
- Maintain compliance with professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.
