Radiation Therapist - (Rad Ther)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2180.00 - $1512.00
Marin Health Medical Center is seeking one 13 weeks Radiotherapy Technologist to support our Radiation Oncology department.
This position is 5 x 8hrs (Monday through Friday) day shift with 0700 - 0800 start time.
Interested candidates must have the following skills and experience:
3 years of minimum Radiation Oncology experience.
Properly setup and align patients using various imaging techniques to delivery radiation therapy treatments as prescribed.
Assesses patient status during direct patient interaction and makes appropriate referrals to various health care team members.
Prepares for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations, electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) check, treatment calendar (including programming port films etc.).
Performs patient set-up and CT scan for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes, as needed.
Works closely with other radiation therapists and team members to perform additional tasks, as needed.
Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred.
Must have ARRT and CA RTT license, as well as BLS cert.
