Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12x4, 48 hours per week, Every other weekend

Length: 13 weeks

Voluntary call only - 2 hours before shift start time and 2 hours after

Requirements:

• ME License
• Minimum 2+ Years’ Experience
• Heavy PICU/NICU/Peds experience required
  
• Critical care experience including airway and ventilator management, ABG puncture and analysis, Non-invasive ventilation, code blue and rapid response experience, inhaled medication administration.
• BCLS
• ACLS
• NRP & PALS (preferred) – if candidate is filling NICU/PICU posting

Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department

Level III NICU, PICU (not required to train to NICU/PICU/Peds unless a posted as NICU/PICU position).
Patient Types (Common Diagnoses):
COPD, CHF, Cystic Fibrosis, ARDS, MVA Trauma/Surgery, Pneumonia, Lung CA, Stroke, ALS, GBS, COVID19, RSVSkills required:
If position is posted for NICU/PICU RT – traveler must have previous NICU/PICU experience as well as Adult experience – Experience with Oscillator 3100 Sensormatic and Drager ventilator would be helpful for candidates to be successful
