Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients in diverse healthcare settings across the Rochester, NY area.
• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' response to treatment and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Proficiency in a variety of respiratory therapies and interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with medical office procedures and electronic health records systems.

Requirements:

• Licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of New York.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to travel within the Rochester area.
• Willingness to work per diem shifts as needed.
