Travel: RN Dialysis Manager Days - LA Healthcare & Professional Inc.

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of dialysis services at one or more Long Term Acute Care hospitals. The dialysis Program Director is responsible and accountable for recruitment, selection, and performance of the dialysis team. He or she is also responsible and accountable for the quality of the dialysis services, excellent patient care, and the prudent management of all capital dedicated to dialysis work.

Facilit y Requirements:

• Must have BLS certification, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted
• Familiar with 2008T BlueStar Hemodialysis Machine
• Must have MO RN license, must be attached to resume
• Shifts will be Monday-Friday 40 hours weekly, with the p otential for off hours emergent dialysis treatments (if FT/PRN staff are not available)
• Must have 1 year in a management role and 5 years of dialysis experience (prefer inpatient dialysis experience opposed to clinics)
