(Travel) RN Implementation Specialist

Travel to all NYCBS Sites

New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking Implementation Specialist, RN to join a well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation. Practice manages a freestanding outpatient Cancer Center with extensive chemotherapy administration, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy and Research department.

In this role you will :

• Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations.

• Develop and deliver training to new and existing NYCBS/NYHealth team members
• Ensure compliance and quality assurance with all NYCBS/NYHealth policies and procedures
• Resolve operational and technical issues as appropriate
• Assess team members’ training/retraining needs and develop improvement plans.
• Develop positive work relationships with new team members and serve as a resource in their transition.
• Support program directors in developing and implementing programs.
• Train, delegate, monitor, and motivate team members effectively to maximize productivity
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Plan and prioritize retraining activities for best efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in all mandatory meetings.
• Effectively and creatively problem-solve and manage change within the Implementation team
• Ensure high level of quality assurance and standards of quality within all NYCBS and NYHealth locations

We require:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3-year minimum healthcare experience.
• Travel to any of the NYCBS/NY Health locations.
• An effective communicator that is capable of determining how to best reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
• An eagerness to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• A good decision-maker with proven success in making timely decisions that maintain high standards within the organization.

• ONCOEMR Proficiency & Unlimited Systems

Salary up to $55 per hour.
