Travel experience preferredNY State License (required at time of submission).Submit with recent NursysSubmit with certifications (must have required certs prior to starting) References RequiredLocal Radius: Candidates not accepted with permanent address within 50 miles.Candidates will float within the hospital as needed within the skill set.Perm Staff and Albany Medical Center Perm Staff must be gone for a year before returning as a traveler.EKG P/F EXAM: ED, ICU, Cath LAB, D1(MS/TELE), and Urgent Care: Travelers will be required to complete Relias EKG exam 72 hours after signing and pass with 100% score
This is to ensure they are prepared to pass the onsite EKG exam required to have at least an 85% score and identify 100% of critical rhythms in order to pass
Traveler may be offered a retest if overall score is above 80% and below 85%, so long as all critical rhythms are identified, and they complete remediation through the Clinical Remediation team
This will be at the facility s discretion
