**Job Description:**
- Ensure the prescreen form is completed and attached when submitting your application.

- Prior experience in SNF is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome.
- Complete a Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.
- Undergo checks including:
