Job Description:
- Join a state-of-the-art, 52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
- Provide specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.
- Customize and deliver intense rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists.
- Participate in a weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends for OT and SLP.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4-5 patients per day, delivering 6 hours of treatment time per day.
- Utilize Cerner Electronic Health Records (EHR) system for patient documentation.
- Engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals with TBI, SCI, and Ortho Trauma
- Report for duty at 8:00 AM and inquire for the supervisor upon arrival
**First Day Instructions:** Arrive at 8:00 AM and ask for the supervisor upon arrival
