Responsibilities:
- Investigate and research potential client travel inquiries.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that any reported issues have been resolved before, during, or after travel.
- Respond professionally and timely to client incoming phone calls, emails, or other communications.
- Organize and deliver itinerary materials in a cohesive manner for clients.
- Make reservations on behalf of clients for flights, car rental, lodging, excursions, and activities while ensuring the clients' preferences are met.
- Self-motivated: ability to self-teach, in addition to provided training, using written and video guides as references.
- Must have a computer and/or cell phone with access to WIFI.
- Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail, 18 and coachable, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
