**Job Description:**

- Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel.
- Prepare operating rooms for surgeries by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization and availability of surgical instruments during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout the surgery.
- Assist surgical team members in donning surgical gowns and gloves.
- Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants as needed.
- Monitor the condition of patients during surgery, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
- Act promptly and calmly in any situations, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of care and patient safety.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to enhance surgical outcomes.
