**Must-Have:**
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Certified in central service
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and hospital personnel
- Computer skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills

**Job Description:**
- Clean, inspect, assemble, package, disinfect, and sterilize all surgical products to support physicians and surgical teams

- Document and monitor all sterilization processes, ensuring compliance with standards

- Anticipate and meet the instrumentation needs for pending surgical cases

- Manage supplies, including receiving, unpacking, shelving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels

- Coordinate with surgical specialty teams to ensure timely availability of supplies for each patient

- Proactively prepare the case cart according to the surgeon's preference card


Note: Completion of a medical terminology course and BLS certification are preferred.
