***** Job Description ***** Required: Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled. Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to travel Must have experience with vein harvesting MUST have NBSTSA CSFA certification **AHA BLS required *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
