Address: 211 4 th Street, Alexandria, La. Unit Name : Surgery Building: Cost Center: 701 General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 9 OR suites, 1 GU suite, 3 Women’s OR suites Patient Ratios : 1:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RNs and ORTs Type of equipment : General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Robotics Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements: 36-40 hours/week with call rotation Floating policy: Will not float Patient Experience requirements: Must have ORT experience Hospital Specifics- Certifications: H iring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : Basic ORT intraoperative skills Advanced skills needed: Robotics Procedures performed on unit : General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, GYN, Plastics, Robotic assisted procedures, Cardiovascular Surgery Certifications Required: Certified is preferred but if not, experience is a must. Ortho, neuro, general scrub experience is what they are looking for. Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs provided Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines .
