The Patient Access Rep I collects demographic and financial information necessary for the generation of medical records of all services performed at Franciscan Alliance. This position distributes information to patients or their representative and other information required by federal and state guidelines and ensures that patient information meets all quality and regulatory standards, specifically HIPAA guidelines.
