Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: 11/4/2024 Pay Rate: $1922.56 - $2215.12
Sono-OB/Diag Tech needed asap Current license Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in the specialty of OB/Gyn. 1-3 years’ High Risk OB ultrasound experience required. Fetal Echo Registry or Registry eligible. Experience with routine obstetrical ultrasound imaging and machinery, and gynecological ultrasound imaging and pathology. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required. Completed High School (Diploma or GED) Scrub Color: Dark Grey Certification/Licensure Required: RDMS (OBGYN) and BLS Required Job Assignment Details: Performs High risk OB/GYN scans- rotates between 5 sites Submittal Packet Requirements: Cover Page, Resume, Proof of required Certifications/Licensure FAQ - What exams and scans are performed at the high-risk OB clinic? Detailed anatomy scans Fetal echo scans Growth/BPP/Dopplers (umbilical artery and MCAs) Evaluate for Twin-to-twin transfusion on multiple gestations Gyn scans What procedures are performed? Amnio CVS SIS (we have techs that are dedicated to our gyn scans, so this isn't a deal breaker if the tech has never assisted with this procedure).
Required Qualifications
Current license Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in the specialty of OB/Gyn.
1-3 years’ High Risk OB ultrasound experience required. Fetal Echo Registry or Registry eligible. Experience with routine obstetrical ultrasound imaging and machinery, and gynecological ultrasound imaging and pathology.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA required.
Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Certification/Licensure Required: RDMS (OBGYN) and BLS Required
