Responsibilities:

• Transport and unload portable sonographic equipment to perform exams ordered by the physician.
  
• Perform and process ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment and digitally send them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  
• Scan exam-related paperwork/billing on a daily basis per protocol.
  
• Communicate regularly, efficiently, and professionally with peers, management, dispatch department, and clients.
  

Physical Demands: The Sonographer may lift the Equipment Bag (18 to 20 pounds) and pull a wheeled cart (5 to 10 pounds of sustained force) for up to 250 feet.
