Job DetailsUltrasound Tech/Sonographer position available at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton.Perform Diagnostic Ultrasound exams and invasive procedures according to physician specifications and protocols.May participate in call rotations as necessary.CANDIDATE SIGNATURE FORM REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL.PROOF of COVID & FLU vaccination must be provided at the time candidate is submitted!Declinations are accepted.LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation.OBGYN experience is essential.
Job RequirementsEducation - Required: Specialized Diploma Graduate of approved CAHEA school of diagnostic medical sonography or certification program.Education - Preferred: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.Experience - Required: 1 year clinical experience in ultrasound, 1 year abdominal, GYN, peripheral vascular doppler experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required: Ability to deal with medical and confidential information ethically, function independently, maintain professional relationships, and ensure proper care for patients of varying ages.
