**Job Description:**
- Work in a critical access facility with a total of 23 staff beds.
- Adhere to a block schedule, working weekday nights.
- No requirement for on-call or weekend shifts.
- Wear scrubs of any color for RN/Allied positions.
- Utilize Epic for charting.
- Complete an orientation period of 40 hours and required modules pre-start and annually.
- Provide two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- Understand that refusal to float between sister facilities may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Comply with travel guidelines, including maintaining a 50-mile local radius for locals, who are accepted at a lower rate.
- Follow protocols for COVID-19 and flu vaccines as specified
