Job Details
As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will:
- Oversee multiple construction projects in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana
- Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
