With at least 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, the ideal candidate will lead and manage various commercial electrical projects across multiple locations, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. • Project Planning: Anticipate challenges, manage budgets, document delays, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor your team, fostering accountability, maintaining morale, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Project Management: Adhere to plan specifications, maintain project schedules, and oversee material take-offs to ensure a successful outcome.
• Problem Solving: Manage change orders and effectively resolve issues, ensuring a clear understanding of the scope of work.
• Coordination: Attend meetings, provide regular feedback, and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections of installations and ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a foreman role within the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and commercial electrical systems.
• Proven experience leading teams, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and handle change orders effectively.
• Technologically adept, with a meticulous approach to project documentation and daily inspections.
• Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Valid driver's license (required) and Electrical License (required).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at various project sites.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Strong understanding of electrical codes and blueprint reading.
