Location: Traveling & Remote as needed
Compensation: Starting at $75 per hour (Travel expenses covered by the employer)
Introduction
We are seeking a Traveling Personal Assistant who will provide high-level support, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience during travel. This role requires extensive travel, advanced logistical planning, and the ability to handle language barriers and foreign environments effectively. The ideal candidate will execute all personal assistant duties with the highest level of discretion and efficiency, consistently enhancing the principal’s experience.
Responsibilities:
● Accompany the principal on domestic and international trips, meeting all travel needs with precision and care.
● Deliver luggage and personal belongings in advance, ensuring accommodations are ready upon arrival.
● Coordinate complex travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and itinerary planning (If required, need to go to the destination in advance to inspect and arrange sightseeing routes.).
● Navigate foreign environments and handle language barriers for smooth travel experiences.
● Arrange accommodations, including check-ins, room setups, and special requests (If required, need to go to the destination in advance to inspect and arrange accommodations).
● Perform personal assistant tasks like running errands, managing schedules, and handling communications during travel.
● Anticipate the principal's needs, ensuring preferences and requirements are met at all times.
● Liaise with local vendors, service providers, and hotel staff to ensure high service standards.
● Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
● Coordinate with the Chief of Staff and other team members for consistent support.
Requirements
● Fluent in both spoken and written English. Well-traveled with strong skills in navigating foreign countries and handling language barriers.
● Flexibility required, as the position involves extensive travel both domestically and internationally (Availability to travel at short notice is essential).
● 5 years of experience in a butler or personal assistant role with significant international travel experience.
● Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, adept at managing complex travel arrangements.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising with a variety of external parties and vendors.
● Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential information.
● Highly adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate and address needs proactively.
● Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
● Holds an international driving license, but not required.
● A self-starter who consistently performs at a high level, inspiring and managing various internal and external parties.
