Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Requirements & Miscellaneous Information about the Traveling Site Supervisor (Automotive Quality Industry) :
- Maintain staff to keep lines operating at full capacity
- Maintain daily schedule of all personnel
- Collect daily timesheets and verify the are being entered into eValidate
- Oversee all training and personnel including quality inspectors, team leaders, and shift supervisors
- Verify projects are set up correctly on eValidate home page and have all required uploades (work instructions, uploaded training documents, iCharts, daily report distribution list, etc.)
- You may be required to work alongside your employees as well as be the supervisor.
- Manage and monitor work performance of employees doing containment, inspection or production work.
- Process all necessary paperwork required of the company and its clients.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF THE Traveling Site Supervisor (Automotive Quality Industry) :
- High School diploma required
- Completion of college coursework or related experience required
- Previous automotive manufacturing experience (3 yrs.) required
- Previous management/supervision experience required
- Management and scheduling of multi-shift operations required
- Knowledge of Safe Launch (GP-12) operations and procedures
- High attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work flexible schedule (off-shifts and weekends as needed)
- Must be willing to be subjected to background test and drug screen
