This position requires someone who is not only knowledgeable about commercial construction processes but also client-facing, ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost expertise and attention to detail. Superintendent Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (experience with a General Contractor is preferred)
• B.S. in a Construction-related degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Must be willing and able to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a proven track record of upholding them
