VA Commercial Repair Solutions is seeking motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Travelling Commercial HVAC Apprentice. No experience is necessary for this role, as we provide a comprehensive training program and apprenticeship opportunities. - Assist in the installation of commercial HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Carry out tasks that require mechanical inclination and physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights and in various conditions, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in the apprenticeship program to gain skills and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members and supervisors.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- A background in construction is beneficial but not necessary.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Meets at a shop and takes trucks to load out.
- Travel: 50% of the time, with travel flexibility required for projects throughout the state
