VA Commercial Repair Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travelling Commercial HVAC Working Foreman to oversee our HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration projects in Harrisonburg, VA, and Charlottesville, VA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems, along with strong leadership and teaching abilities. As a Travelling Commercial HVAC Working Foreman you will be responsible for managing job sites, training junior technicians, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Oversee and manage Commercial HVAC and Commercial Kitchen Installations, including electrical and refrigeration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R systems and Commercial Kitchen Hoods and components as necessary.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC, commercial kitchen, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
• Train, organize, and supervise junior technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and complete information about repairs, replacements, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and company standards, promoting safety and quality at all times.
• Coordinate with office staff to order replacement parts and new equipment as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance services.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous learning among team members.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems, highly preferred, but can train the right person if already a leader.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and training new teams, field technicians, and associates.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions, including heights, working on lifts and booms, and confined spaces.

• Must be able to pass a background check
