Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash management activities such as scheduling cash, short-term investing, and wire transmission
- Assist with month-end close process consisting of creating monthly valuation packages to support journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- Monitor compliance and coordinate quarterly compliance with all corporate ISDA agreements
- Assist with maintenance and optimization of the treasury management system
- Develop and initiate projects to improve accounting, reporting, and analysis to ensure that these functions are performed efficiently and that clear audit trails are maintained
- Coordinate support for independent audits, monitor progress, respond to auditors’ questions and communicate all relevant issues to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent analytical problem solving
- Strong personal computer skills including spreadsheet and database required
- Ability to work independently and manage various projects and responsibilities according to urgency
- Familiarity with treasury management systems preferred
- FX forward experience or equity derivatives experience preferred
