If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis, this job may be a good fit for you. **Why We Have This Role** This professional will be responsible for planning and executing core Treasury management activities in North America, APJ and EMEA including cash management, cash forecasting, short-term investments, bank account management, Treasury Management System implementation as well as managing policies and processes in a fast-growing environment. The person in this role will partner with key stakeholders in other Finance functions- FP&A, Accounting, Legal and Corporate Finance to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met. Understands the expected outcome, gets the context, and then works entrepreneurially to get it done. + Highly communicative and executes precisely and effectively, creating trust at the team level. + Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment where you can quickly adapt to new processes and changes. + Strong attention to detail will help ensure all information is processed correctly and efficiently while adding value to the business. + Ability to think critically and find effective solutions across various aspects of the role within the team. + Strong teamwork and collaboration will enable you to communicate well and deliver results in an effective manner. + Anticipate the needs of the business by taking a proactive approach to potential issues before they arise. **How You'll Grow** In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Develop expertise in global Treasury management, including cash management, cash forecasting, and short-term investments + Expand your network by building relationships with key stakeholders across Finance functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Finance + Implement Treasury Management System and manage ongoing maintenance + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development + Contribute to the development of Treasury policies and procedures, and implement process improvements + Collaborate on cross-functional projects, such as working capital management and capital markets initiatives + Advance your career in a fast-growing company with opportunities for professional growth and advancement + Work closely with the Treasurer and other senior leaders to drive business initiatives and strategic decision-making **Things You'll Do** + Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positioning, ensuring optimal cash balances across various bank accounts. + Banking Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and conditions. + Forecasting: Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to anticipate future needs and potential shortfalls. + Investments: Assist in the management of short-term investments, maximizing returns while minimizing risk. + Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends. + Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency. + Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate on various ad-hoc projects, such as debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial initiatives. **What We're Looking for on Your Resume** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics + 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public company experience preferred + Experience with using managing Treasury management system + Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills and experience + Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships + Good communication and project management skills **What You Should Know About This Team** Our Treasury team is a dynamic and collaborative group of finance professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and success. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria. Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range $73,000-$138,500 USD
