Job Summary:

The Treasury Management Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for high-profile commercial customers, managing their complex treasury management relationships and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of treasury management products, strong analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.

• Oversee the implementation and management of complex treasury management solutions, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of treasury management topics, including SOX compliance, retail banking, fraud protection, and security risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, service, and sales) to identify and implement process improvements that benefit customers.

• Offer creative solutions to address the evolving needs and challenges of commercial customers in the treasury management industry.

• Proactively identify operational risks and recommend effective risk management strategies.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of treasury management products and their operational requirements.

• Possess strong analytical and technical skills to assess customer needs and system compatibility.

• Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services operations or treasury management, with a focus on external customer service.

• 3 years of experience working with treasury management, demand deposit, and account analysis products.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

   

• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
