Decatur Family Dentistry | Treatment Coordinator | Full Time

Our office is growing and looking to add an enthusiastic, patient centered Treatment Coordinator to our Decatur Family Dentistry office.

Decatur Family Dentistry has been serving the area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on the long-term relationships established by our patients and employees and strive to make a difference in the community. The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills.

Requirements / Duties:

• Very knowledgeable of insurance, treatment plans
• Posting insurance / working insurance aging claims
• Able to work accounts receivables
• Answer phone, greet patients / proper verbiage, answer most frequently asked patient questions, resolving patient problems
• Collections
• Scheduling appointments / working unscheduled list
• End of the day / month reporting

Schedule:

• Monday - Wednesday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
• Friday - Sunday: Closed

** Office will be closing at 5:00pm (Monday - Wednesday) starting January 2025 **
