Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment calendars
• Insurance Verification: Confirm patient benefits and assist with financial plans
• Financial Coordination: Manage third-party financing when needed
• Daily Deposits: Accurately process financial transactions
• Dentrix Proficiency: Utilize Eaglesoft for patient records and practice management
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional care, ensuring each patient feels valued and supported

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of dental experience (required)
• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Strong skills in insurance verification, scheduling, and daily deposits
• A passion for patient care and building relationships
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday/Saturday: Alternating 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
