Position Summary
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Orthodontic Manager and Orthodontist to develop and implement orthodontic treatment plans. Your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and contributing to the growth and retention of our services. You will handle patient issues, manage orthodontic schedules, and play a key role in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Orthodontist to develop effective treatment plans.
- Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Office Operations: Manage administrative tasks, including data handling, insurance pre-authorizations, and performance evaluations.
- Growth Initiatives: Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and the community, coordinate marketing promotions, and track office performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of orthodontic industry experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix Enterprise) preferred.
- Certifications: Valid State Driver's License required; CPR Certification preferred.

- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to different dental offices regularly (15 offices in Nevada, 1-2 times each month).
- Professional Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive situations with poise and maintain confidentiality.
