Terry Reilly is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW - LMSW - LCPC - LPC) to join our team! We recognize the need for increased behavioral health services in our community. We provide individual, family and group counseling. Our team of therapists have the opportunity to consult frequently with other experienced colleagues within their building and throughout our agency. Terry Reilly is committed to their role as a teaching institution and provide regular in house trainings and a generous continuing education package for external trainings. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide evidence-based treatment, intervention, and prevention services to, juvenile sexual offenders, domestic batterers, their families, and the community.

Monday - Thursday (some evenings are required)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.
- Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Current professional license in the State of Idaho (LPC, LMSW).
- Ability to be certified by oversight agencies (SOMB, ICODVVA, etc.)
- Work experience or specialized training in the sexual, familial abuse, or domestic violence fields.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including a minimum of two evenings per week.
- Ability to transport self to Ada and Canyon offices, as required by Program Manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid LCSW or LCPC or equivalent license in the state of Idaho.
- Good speech and oral presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience providing services within a grant or "soft money" funded programs.
- Familiarity with EHR database programs, email, Excel, and Word. .
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system process, agencies, and systems theory.
- Advanced training and experience in the field of trauma and abuse.
