The successful candidate will have a strong background with Tort Law handling things like product liability, premises liability, breach of contract, deceit, etc.. They want someone who not only has trial experience but who has a desire to be in the courtroom!

Requirements:
- 5 + years of Litigation experience
- Experience with going to Trial
- Experience with Tort Law: Product Liability, Premises Liability, Breach of contract, deceit, etc.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
