Trial Paralegal - HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked global Law Firm to find a Trial Paralegal to support the firms Litigation group in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of litigation processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that the firms legal team is well-prepared and that all necessary documentation is accurately handled.

• Pay: $100-110K Base Salary plus OT and Bonus! (OT eligible after only 35 hours!)

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and organization of trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support litigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and organization of evidence.
• Coordinate logistics for trial, including scheduling witnesses, managing trial supplies, and securing court filings.
• Attend trial proceedings to provide on-site support, including note-taking and managing exhibits.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• Experience attending trial (Required)
• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
