Cooley Contracting LLC is seeking a Trim Carpenter to join our dedicated team. We specialize in high-quality carpentry, with a focus on rough carpentry, siding, and finish carpentry. • Perform rough carpentry, siding, and trim/finish carpentry tasks for residential projects.
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and crown molding with precision and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety guidelines.

• Minimum of 3+ years of carpentry experience, including custom work and finish carpentry work.
• Highly motivated, dependable, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Have all necessary hand tools for finish or rough carpentry.
