A successful flagger is someone that can demonstrate a strong sense of dependability and awareness on the job. Responsibilities * Control the flow of traffic around crews working on or around public highways * Follow training procedures and state regulations while on the job * Attending job sites at multiple locations in and around Indianapolis Requirements * Comfortable working in 2-man crews as a Rider * Flexibility on start and end times * Possesses or is willing to acquire an ATSSA certification.
