You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like. 

$1800 per week - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $25.00 Per Hour
• Overtime Pay: After 40 Hours
• Hours Per Week: 40+ Hours per Week
• Nights Out Pay: $50.00 per night 
• Nights Out for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel or Sleeper
• NST Tenure Bonus: $1,000 - Must be with Ryder between 11/1 – 10/31
• Schedule: Monday - Friday - Must be Flexible 

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities. 

• Deliver SOLO To: Varies Based on the Account Supporting  
• Route: Quality Home Time
• Cannot Accept Auto Restrictions
• Tractor Type: Day Cab and Sleepers
• Trailer Type: Dry Van, Flatbed, and Box Trucks 
• 1 year Flatbed experience and 3 months Forklift experience is required. 
• Equipment: Manual Pallet Jack, Lift Gate and Moffet
• Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch/No Touch – Depends On The Account Supporting 
• Endorsements: Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire
• We Reimburse Cost and Provide Training to Obtain Endorsements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
