Truck/Equipment Operator/Driver - Groome Industrial Service Group

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and professional Motor Coach Operator/Driver to join our team. This position involves transporting senior executives across the country, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel. If you have experience driving large vehicles and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead driver for our company motor coach, transporting the Chief Executive Officer and other senior executives to various company sites.
• Safely operate a truck/bus.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the vehicle, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for passengers.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies.

 Qualifications:

• Clean driving record: a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check will be conducted.
• Experience driving big rigs, buses, or motor coaches is a plus.
• Mechanical experience is a plus, with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel in one- or two-week increments.

Compensation:

• $50,000 base salary per year.
• All travel-related expenses, including lodging, are covered.
• Eligible for medical benefits.
