About the Job
Selectek is seeking an experienced Truss Manufacturing & Estimating Manager on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located near Nashville, Tennessee, needs candidates with strong backgrounds in floor, beam and roof truss design.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Requirements:
Must have 10 plus year of experience Truss Design
Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software
Experience designing Floor and Roof Trusses for commercial and multi-family
Estimating and quoting experience
Experience managing others (2-3 in house employees / 2-3 remote employees) and checking their work.
Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules.
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

- Lead a production team of 2-3 in-house and 2-3 more working remotely
- Assign and check production work
- Work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and maintain schedules
- Estimate and quote project prices
- Ensure schedule and sales targets are met
