Job Title: Trust & Estate Attorney
Location: (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and services in matters related to trusts, estates, and wealth planning.
• Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assisting clients with wealth management and transfer strategies.
• Represent clients in estate administration and probate processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on long-term estate and succession planning.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in trust and estate law preferred (experience level determines salary).
• JD from an accredited law school; top law school is a plus, but not required.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Licensed to practice law in VA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $145K for first-year associates (commensurate with experience).
• 1,750 billable hours requirement.
• Discretionary bonus.
