Location: Southern California

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our well-regarded Trusts & Estates and Healthcare/Business practice groups. These practices are leaders in Southern California and offer a dynamic and collaborative environment for legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various practice areas.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Participate in discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
